The complete database of all b12 schedules and language details with bandscan results from start of season.
Not used broadcasts given with "minus" power and possible alternatives included as "alternatives".
Sign/on and sign/off based on previous monitoring and antenna details e.g. design frequencies based on special
research and internal documents.
In the datafield NOTES the ILG gives unique information for non-active transmissions: Alternative,
Double Entry, Fiction (a higher level than not used), Inactive, Special Event and all not used entries
listed with "minus" power which will be displayed in WPLOT2000EX in a different colour.
