B19 Databases
in Text Format for WPLOT Software or other HFCC compatible Software
The ultimate Source for the HF Planning, HF Frequency Management
deep-in Investigation, Military Operations, Intelligence Services and Government Monitoring
Last update of ILG data files: March 26th 2020 (2300 UTC)
REMEMBER
HFCC Database gives only data of ABU/ASBU/HFCC members. Non-Members are NOT listed and therefore these data are only a part of the whole shortwave world. If you feel HFCC is all, you are on the same level, like those people some hundred years ago "the world is a plate"...
ILG database can be used by WPLOT software and includes all shortwave stations, if HFCC, ABU, ASBU or Non-Members. Some "Non-Official" broadcasts of HFCC members which do not give all data to HFCC are also listed in ILG (NOTE FIELD: UNOFFICIALLY). Jamming stations from China, North-Korea, Vietnam and Cuba are also included and these countries have no access to ILG data.
In addition all Military Stations (causing strong interferences to broadcasdting stations) which are operating in many cases illegally in the broadcasting bands are also incuded in ILG Database.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION of the NOTES DATA FIELD - SPECIAL WORDINGS:
DOUBLE: one transmission with 1-3 requirements by different FMOs, only one transmission on air
EMERGENCY KEEP CLEAR: entries of "International Disaster Radio" (RDR)
FICTION: station/site closed shortwave or FMO/station has no access to this site
FICTION NONSENSE: antennas/transmitters removed and entry can be called simply as FAKE
HFCC WITH FAKE DATA: fake transmitter site in HFCC data base, correct in ILG
IRREGULAR: transmission not available on a daily basis due to e.g. transmitter problems
JAMMING ...: jamming signal (word "Jamming" plus target station) causing serious disturbance within target area to avoid reception of un-wanted broadcast. Noise sound, pulse sound or DRM signals available. The name of "target" (station name) behind the word "JAMMING"
UNOFFICIALLY: requirement by HFCC member who will not have his data in HFCC list
